Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Improvinginterview Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Ohio.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
